The skyscraper, ultra modern section of Panama City is set on beautiful Panama Bay. Here you will find the world famous banking and business district with over 100 banks. The are many first class restaurants and shopping centers located in this area. There is also the only rainforest park in the world located inside a city centerr in this part of Panama city - the Metropolitan Natural Park.
Because Panama City has been involved in international trade for many years, the people are friendly and excepting of foreigners.

A great way to spend and afternoon is to visit the Amador Causeway (a wavebreaker converted into a tourist magnet, which connects three small islands to the mainland) Grab a bite to eat at one of the many new resataurants over-looking Panama City, or take a bicycle ride along the causeway to the marina at the end.
